INDORE: A 12-year-old girl was allegedly raped by two boys in Changeri village of Mandsaur district on Sunday.
The matter came to fore in wee hours of Monday when relatives of victim rushed her to hospital after she complained of pain in her private parts, Malhargarh police said.
A medical examination confirmed rape, following which a case was registered.
The girl, who was visiting her maternal grandmother, was lured into agriculture fields by boy. He took her on a cycle to an isolated place, where his friend was waiting, police said.
They allegedly forced themselves upon her and later dropped her home. The girl developed pain in her vital parts in the night and informed her parents about it.
She was taken to a hospital, where doctors immediately informed the police.
The accused were arrested and charged under relevant sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
