Bureaucrats Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Gyanesh Kumar have been selected for the two vacant posts in the top panel of Election Commission of India. The announcement was made by Congress leader in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury. The development comes days after election commissioner Arun Goel resigned from his post.
