Last date of registration for the Common Admission Test (CAT 2017) has been extended by the IIM Lucknow to September 25.
The registrations for the CAT 2017 exam started on August 9 and the last date for the same was September 20. However, the authorities have extended the last date by 5 more days. Interested candidates can visit the official website of the CAT at iimcat.ac.in and can get registered if they have not done so far.
The exam is scheduled for November 26, and will be conducted by the IIM Lucknow this year in 140 different cities of the nation.

Read the instructions carefully and register for the same
Pay the fees
Submit the application and save the copy for future reference
The exam fee is INR 1800 for the general category and INR 900 for the reserved category.
The hall tickets for the exam will be released on October 18 and will be available for download till November 26.
Exam pattern
The duration of the test will be 180 minutes. There will be three sections:
Section I: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
Section II: Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
Section III: Quantitative Ability
