The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the answer keys of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 examination, 2017 on the official website, the link for which is ssc.nic.in
Steps to check SSC CGL Tier I Answer Keys 2017:
- Go to the official website, ssc.nic.in
- Click on link for ‘Answer key’
- Click on link for ‘Tentative answer key for SSC CGL Tier 1 exam’
- Enter your User ID and Password in the space provided
- Answer keys will be displayed on the screen
- Download and take print out of the same for future use.
Note: Candidates can raise objections against the answer keys till 5 pm on September 12 by paying Rs 100 for every answer.
The SSC CGL Tier 1 examination, 2017 was conducted from August 5 to August 23.
Further, as reported by SSC, a total of 15, 43,962 candidates appeared in the examination, which was conducted in 43 batches across the country.
Meanwhile, the commission will declare the results of Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 examination, 2017 on October 31.
Cheating case:
Moreover, the commission had registered criminal cases against three candidates indulging in exam related malpractices viz. two cases of impersonation and one case of cheating. The SSC also notified that strict action will be taken against these candidates as per the rules of the Commission.
Selection process:
Those candidates who clear SSC CGL Tier I exam 2017 shall be eligible for the Tier II exam which is scheduled to be held on November 10 and November 11. Further, the SSC CGL Tier-III Exam 2017 will be conducted on January 2, 2018.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was established in November 4, 1975. The organisation works under the Government of India and recruits staff for several posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices.
