BHOPAL: Cyber crime cell Bhopal has nabbed a 29-year-old SIM card seller who had provided SIM card to the accused involved in flesh trade racket operated online in the city which was busted in May this year.
According to the police, the nabbed accused was identified as Sunil Solanki (29) of Delhi. He is distributor of SIM cards and runs a shop, Sunil Communications, and used to provide SIM cards without obtaining documents. The accused used to provide SIM card without any documents and would register the SIM card using documents of some other person.
With Sunil’s arrest a total of 12 persons have been arrested after the flesh trade was revealed. Young women from Meghalya and Maharashtra who were trapped by alluring them of jobs were rescued Arera Colony where it was found that the accused were operating the trade through a website.
The nabbed accused were identified as Dinesh alias David Mewada (23) of Sehore, Suresh Gehlot (33) of Karond, Ravi Prajapati (26) of Semra Kalan, Harjeet Dhanwani (26) of Ayodhya Bypass, Manoj Kumar Gupta (39) and Krishna Kumar Jaiswal (21) used to captivate girls and would attend customer, Suresh Belani (30), Miswauddin (22) were customer and Neeraj Shakya (33) to trap girls. Subhash alias Veer Dwivedi to trap girls in the name of job, Virendra Verma (46) SIM card retailer used to sell without proper documents.
Mastermind of the racket Subhash alias Veer Dwivedi of Satna had gone absconding but he was nabbed later in the investigation. For long, complaints of prostitution through a website were received and acting on the information investigation was done and it was found that the flesh trade was operated through website bhopalcallgirl.in.
