A meeting for 2023 elections held at the residence of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Kamal Nath.
This meeting of senior state Congress leaders was held to prepare a roadmap for state assembly election- 2023.
Kamal Nath assigned different responsibilities to different party leaders during the meeting.
Congress media spokesperson Narendra Saluja released the news as wel as Former ministers Tarun Bhanot and Priyavrat Singh told reporters following the meeting that a roadmap for the 2023 state assembly election was readied after 2 hours of brainstorming among the party leaders.

They said, if the party wins election, the Congress government will implement the old pension scheme for state government employees and loan of the farmers will be waived.He said, many issues were discussed during the meeting including deteriorating law & order situation, decline in the income of farmers, deepening power crisis, rising unemployment and water crisis. Bhanot said, under the terms of MoUs signed by MP government with power producing companies, government pays them Rs 4000 crore annually. Despite being paid from state coffers, they are not supplying power to MP at the time of crisis. Singh said electricity bills worth lakhs are also being received by farmers. Meeting was attended by Digvijaya Singh, Dr Govind Singh, Suresh Pachouri, Ajay Singh, Arun Yadav, Kantilal Bhuria, N P Prajapati, Hina Kanware among others.
