The RJD has posted a video it says is of a JD (U) MLA dancing suggestively on stage with a scantily-clad woman and a pole as his prop “to the beat of his conscience”.
The undated video the RJD posted on Twitter, shows a man looking a lot like JD(U) MLA Abhay Kumar Sinha, gyrating on stage with a woman – and occasionally grabbing at her – at what appears to be a public event.
Sinha is the JD (U)’s MLA from Tikari in Bihar.
Lalu Prasad’s RJD, still smarting from Nitish Kumar and the JD (U) splitting from the ‘grand alliance’ in Bihar in July, has been regularly taking potshots at its erstwhile ally. Nitish had cited moral reasons and the “voice of my conscience” as the reason for the split, after Lalu’s son and Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi had a corruption case registered against him by the CBI.

Ergo, the RJD referenced said ‘conscience’ in its caption to the video it posted: “Mr. Morality’s beloved Tikari MLA Abhay Kumar Sinha dancing to the beat of his conscience”
Bihar chief minister Nitish rejoined the BJP-led NDA after he and the JD (U) split from their ‘grand alliance’ friends, the RJD and the Congress. He said he quit because the deputy CM was charged with corruption.
“I had no option but to quit as Bihar CM. In taking this decision, I have listened to my conscience,” Nitish said at the time of the split.
